After your event participation has been confirmed by us, you will be added to the networkplatform. As soon as the platform goes live, you will receive an email to activate your (company) profile and add in more details. You can then log in here.
Your coworkers can register themselves through the registration form on the event website. In this form, they have to choose the option to register as an exhibitor. After completing the registration, they will automatically receive an email to activate their profile on the networkplatform, as soon as the networkplatform goes live.
Once your coworkers have activated their account on the networkplatform, they can be added to your team. You will find the option to do so by clicking on your initials in the top right corner of the networkplatform. Then you can click on Your team and Add member. Here you can type in the email address of the person you wish to add to your team.
You can adjust your company profile in the networkplatform. You can find these settings by clicking on your initial in the top right corner. From there you can add general information, images, videos and products to your profile.
Yes, it is possible to schedule 1-on-1 meetings through the networkplatform. From the homepage or menubar, you can navigate to Visitors and Speakers.
When you see the timeslots appear on someone’s profile, it means that it is possible for you to book a meeting with them. Slots disappear after they’re booked. You can adjust your own availability. by going to the tab My meetings under My events. When you specify that you are unavailable for an entire day or for specific times, those slots will be deleted from your profile and be made invisible to others.
